  • United Against Sexual Assault (UASA)
celebrates over 30 years breaking the silence of violence!

UASA is Sonoma County's only rape crisis center dedicated solely to the treatment and prevention of sexual assault. Since 1974, UASA has operated the county’s only 24/7-rape crisis hotline, which is staffed by state-mandated rape crisis counselors who are available to respond to victims’ needs immediately.

An all-volunteer board of directors governs UASA. The Agency works closely with law enforcement, hospital personnel, and all other agencies serving victims of crime; providing immediate crisis intervention, medical support, accompaniment during investigation and trial, advocacy, and counseling.

UASA is the sole provider of prevention education workshops to Sonoma County youth ages 5 -19, and training for teachers, parents, and other groups. UASA is a 501(c)3 non-profit agency relying solely on grants and donations and does not charge a fee for services. Please contact UASA if you are interested in providing a tax-deductible donation.
